What were your early experiences with AI?
My turning point came when I got on board for a project built on Morpheus, our industry accelerator. Without prior experience, the challenge felt overwhelming. But by asking the right questions, AI helped me break down complex ideas and organise my thoughts. It didn’t do the work for me, but it gave me a strong foundation to build upon, boosting my confidence.
What can you share about your role today?
My role involves shaping insights from data-driven projects into business solutions. Initially, this meant hours of manual research and structuring. Incorporating Open AI research options streamlined my workflow – helping with organisation, summaries and refining content – freeing me to focus on higher-value tasks. It wasn’t about replacement but enhancement, making my work more efficient and impactful.
What can you tell us about the culture here at Endava?
Endava made the transition to using AI seamless. Colleagues shared structured prompts, removing the biggest hurdle of where to begin. Here, innovation is encouraged, not forced. Technology became a tool that enhanced my creativity, strategy and decision-making, allowing me to solve bigger challenges instead of getting stuck in repetitive tasks.
I never expected AI to become essential to my work, but now I can’t imagine working without it.

What advice would you give to future innovators?
- Start now. AI isn’t the future – it’s the present.
