Understanding the Impact of the Digital Shift

The digital shift has driven organisations to become more digitally focused, automate roles and processes and upskill workers in digital areas.

According to our survey, with insights from over 350+ business and technology leaders, a staggering 98% of respondents say the digital shift has impacted their core business model in some way in the past two years. In fact, 24% say it has fundamentally reshaped their organisation’s mission or purpose.

But 41% identified a lack of skilled AI talent as the biggest challenge to unlocking the full potential of AI. Tech leaders are also worried about data quality and availability, while business leaders focus on ethical use and regulatory compliance.
